A. Information You Provide to Us Voluntarily

• Account & Profile Information: When you register as a user or dealer, list your shop, or submit an enquiry, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, shop name, business address, city, district, PIN code, and GST/business verification details.
• Enquiry & Contact Data: Information you provide when submitting price inquiries, contacting dealers, reporting complaints, or contacting support at Support.sariyadekho@gmail.com.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our App or Website, our servers and third-party tools automatically collect device and usage information, including:

• Device Details: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
• Log & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, access times, crash logs, and app performance metrics.
• Approximate Location Data: City, district, or PIN code level location data provided voluntarily via search queries or device network logs to show nearby dealers and local daily rates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for legitimate operational and business purposes, including:

• Facilitating Services: Connecting buyers directly with verified building material dealers and enabling direct product inquiries.
• Dealer Verification: Verifying shop credentials submitted via the "List Your Shop" feature before public publication.
• Rate Discovery & Local Experience: Displaying relevant daily rates and nearby dealer listings based on selected cities or PIN codes.
• Account Management: Creating and maintaining user and dealer accounts.
• App Functionality & Security: Monitoring application performance, detecting fraudulent listings, preventing abuse, and ensuring platform security.
• Customer Support: Resolving inquiries, managing complaints, and providing assistance.
• Compliance: Fulfilling legal obligations and enforcing our Terms & Conditions.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

SariyaDekho does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only under the following circumstances:

• Between Buyers and Dealers: When a customer submits an enquiry for TMT steel or cement, relevant contact information (e.g., name, phone number, location) is shared with the corresponding listed dealer to fulfill the request.
• Service Providers & SDKs: We share data with trusted third-party service providers and Google Play libraries required for app functionality, performance analysis, and notifications (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, hosting providers).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority to protect the safety, rights, or property of SariyaDekho, our users, or the public.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our mobile application integrates with standard third-party libraries provided by Google. These services may collect information used to identify your device:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics

5. Data Retention and Security

• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
• Data Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. User Rights & Account Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play policy requirements, all registered users and dealers have the explicit right to request the complete deletion of their account and associated data.

Email Request

Send an email to Support.sariyadekho@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," specifying the registered phone number or email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will process and permanently remove your account profile, shop listing, and associated personal records from our active servers within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

7. Children's Privacy

SariyaDekho is strictly intended for adult users, businesses, contractors, and builders. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 18 where applicable). If we learn that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
