Welcome to SariyaDekho ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SariyaDekho website (sariyadekho.com) and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using SariyaDekho, downloading our app, or contacting listed dealers through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or mobile app.

1. Platform Purpose & Business Model

SariyaDekho operates as an online informational bulletin, directory, and lead-generation marketplace for building materials, specifically TMT Steel Bars (Sariya) and Cement.

• Dealer Discovery Platform: We provide a transparent space for customers, contractors, and builders to find verified local material dealers and view market rate indicators.
• No E-Commerce / No Online Sales: SariyaDekho does not sell products, operate a shopping cart, or process payments online. We do not act as a buyer, seller, broker, or distributor of construction materials.

2. Direct Offline Transactions (No Liability)

All transactions, pricing agreements, negotiations, orders, payments, deliveries, and quality checks take place directly between the customer and the dealer offline.

SariyaDekho is not a party to any transaction or contract formed between you and a listed dealer. We are not responsible or liable for any disputes, non-delivery, material defects, quality discrepancies, financial losses, or disagreements that may arise during offline deals.

3. Price Transparency & Indicative Live Rates

• Indicative Pricing Only: Live rates and market prices displayed on SariyaDekho are provided by dealers, administrative team updates, or public market indicators. They are intended purely for general reference and price discovery.
• Verification Required: Prices of steel and cement fluctuate daily due to market conditions. You must always verify and confirm final rates, taxes, transportation fees, and stock availability directly with the dealer prior to making any offline purchase or payment.

SariyaDekho does not guarantee that the prices displayed on the platform will match a dealer's final invoice.

4. Dealer Listings & Shop Verification

• Manual Verification: We review and manually verify dealer profiles and shop submissions before publishing them on the platform.
• No Warranty of Performance: Verification means we have confirmed basic business details; it does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty regarding the dealer's business practices, material quality, or credit trustworthiness.

Dealers are solely responsible for ensuring that all business details, phone numbers, addresses, product ranges, and GST details submitted to SariyaDekho are accurate and compliant with local laws.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using SariyaDekho, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shop listings, complaints, or price inquiries.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract platform data, dealer lists, or daily rate boards without prior written permission.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited spam, harassment, or unlawful communications to listed dealers or platform support.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or bypass the security of our mobile application, website, or backend infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, branding, trademarks, original layout designs, graphics, software code, and compiled directory databases on SariyaDekho are the exclusive property of SariyaDekho.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without explicit written consent from us. Brand names or logos of third-party steel/cement manufacturers displayed on the platform belong to their respective trademark owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SariyaDekho is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SariyaDekho disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or quality of construction materials purchased from listed dealers.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the website or mobile app.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of dealer contact details or daily live rate boards.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SariyaDekho, its founders, team members, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our platform or mobile application.
• Any offline transaction, product defect, delivery delay, or financial loss involving a listed dealer.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9. Account & Content Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or remove any user account, dealer listing, or price submission immediately and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the user or dealer has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SariyaDekho shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of SariyaDekho following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
